| Clive "Max" Maxfield is the author and co-author of a variety of electronics books, including Bebop to the Boolean Boogie (An Unconventional Guide to Electronics), EDA: Where Electronics Begins, The Design Warrior's Guide to FPGAs (Devices, Tools, and Flows), and How Computers Do Math. He holds a B.Sc. in control engineering from Sheffield Polytechnic (now Sheffield Hallam University), England.
